Are you an experienced WordPress expert ready to take the helm? Doran Sukses Indonesia is looking for a dedicated WordPress Leader to guide our development team and drive our digital initiatives forward. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture of our WordPress ecosystems, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-performance, scalable web solutions.
You will serve as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, collaborating closely with product managers and designers to create seamless user experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Development Strategy: Define and implement the technical roadmap for all WordPress projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
- Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Architecture & Performance: Design robust WordPress architectures, custom themes, and plugins while optimizing for speed, security, and SEO.
- Code Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish strict coding standards to maintain high software quality and maintainability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, providing innovative solutions to drive project success.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in WordPress development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior team lead capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and MySQL databases.
- WordPress Expertise: Extensive experience with WordPress core, custom theme development, REST API, and plugin architecture.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Tools & Methodologies: Proficient in Git, version control systems, and agile software development methodologies.
