In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholdersâincluding Risk Management, Data Science, Engineering, Product Management, and Operationsâto ensure the proper enforcement of security protocols and the continuous improvement of our Risk Platform.
As a Junior Analyst, you will play a vital role in monitoring transaction data, identifying suspicious activities, and supporting the development of robust fraud prevention strategies. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights to protect the organization from financial risks. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze transaction data and user behavior to identify suspicious patterns and potential fraud indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Data Science, Engineering) to investigate flagged cases and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of the Risk Platform and fraud detection models.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation regarding fraud trends, case findings, and risk assessments.
- Contribute to the tuning of scoring systems and algorithm parameters to enhance detection accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of risk management principles and fraud detection methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and an interest in data-driven problem solving.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse internal stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
