Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily floor operations to maintain service excellence and cleanliness standards
- Lead, train, and mentor service staff on protocols, product knowledge, and customer engagement
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to maintain team excellence
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate inventory management for floor supplies and operational materials
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Assist in staff scheduling and roster optimization to cover operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or tourism
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of local tourism landscape and customer service best practices
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Hospitality certification or relevant degree preferred
