Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Lead and mentor service staff through training and performance management
- Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams for synchronized service
- Resolve guest inquiries and service issues with professionalism
- Monitor table turnover and optimize seating efficiency
- Enforce hygiene and safety protocols throughout service areas
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to align team on daily operations
- Manage inventory of service supplies and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality leadership roles
- Proven ability to manage high-volume service environments
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of food safety and service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience with POS systems and reservation management
- Positive attitude with team-first mentality
