Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage reservation systems efficiently, ensuring optimal table allocation and minimal wait times
  • Operate POS systems with precision for order processing, payment handling, and inventory tracking
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
  • Execute opening/closing procedures including cash reconciliation and store preparation
  • Assist in training new crew members on service standards and operational protocols
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations consistently throughout shifts

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service roles preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems and reservation management software
  • Strong mathematical aptitude for cash handling and transaction accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills in Malay and English
  • Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Punctual with reliable attendance and flexible availability for shifts
  • Basic food safety certification or willingness to obtain
