Tanggung Jawab
- Manage reservation systems efficiently, ensuring optimal table allocation and minimal wait times
- Operate POS systems with precision for order processing, payment handling, and inventory tracking
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
- Execute opening/closing procedures including cash reconciliation and store preparation
- Assist in training new crew members on service standards and operational protocols
- Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations consistently throughout shifts
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service roles preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and reservation management software
- Strong mathematical aptitude for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure environments
- Punctual with reliable attendance and flexible availability for shifts
- Basic food safety certification or willingness to obtain
