Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests while managing table rotations effectively.
- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone and digital platforms with professionalism.
- Utilize the POS system to accurately record orders and process guest payments.
- Maintain a pristine dining room environment, ensuring tables are cleaned and reset promptly.
- Assist the service team in delivering food and beverages to guests with care.
- Address guest concerns or feedback proactively to ensure total satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding order status and menu availability.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Energetic personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer care.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating POS software.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Ability to stand and move about the restaurant floor for the duration of the shift.
