Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service
- Manage and train staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supply orders, and minimize waste
- Enforce strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure product quality and consistency
- Implement operational improvements and efficiency-enhancing procedures
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and manage POS systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as Floor Manager in F&B/hospitality sector
- Proven team leadership and staff development capabilities
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and operational standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
