As a key member of our retail leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and commercial success of the floor.
In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing retail professionals, ensuring that our customers receive an world-class shopping experience. You will translate global brand strategies into local execution, focusing on visual merchandising, stock management, and team development to consistently exceed sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring store standards and visual merchandising guidelines are consistently maintained.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels, execute stock replenishment, and ensure accurate loss prevention protocols.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to store associates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Analyze sales reports and floor performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail environment (sportswear experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage operational budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
