Erajaya is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Floor Manager for JD Sports in Manado. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our store floor, ensuring that every customer experience reflects the premium standards of the JD Sports brand.
As the Floor Manager, you will lead by example, mentoring a team of sales associates and operational staff to achieve sales targets while maintaining immaculate store standards. You will be responsible for overseeing daily floor activities, managing inventory integrity, and fostering a culture of excellence and high performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve daily/weekly sales KPIs.
- Monitor and maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in line with JD Sports global guidelines.
- Manage daily store operational workflows, including opening/closing procedures, inventory replenishment, and stock management.
- Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention strategies.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring positive brand perception and customer loyalty.
- Facilitate regular product knowledge training to keep the team updated on the latest footwear and apparel trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail fashion or footwear industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of retail operational processes, including inventory control and cash management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated passion for sports fashion and the JD Sports brand identity.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by retail operations.
