Richeese Factory is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee operations at our outlet in Sangatta Utara. As the Floor Manager, you will be the face of the store, responsible for planning and supervising all activities during your shift to ensure seamless operations. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales, maintaining high service standards, and leading a motivated team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the outlet during assigned shifts.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and excellent service delivery.
- Monitor and enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards throughout the outlet.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
- Track daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar Floor Manager or Supervisory role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Management is preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
