Karmafree Surf Shop is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Floor & Retail Supervisor to join our flagship store in Bali. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our shop floor operates seamlessly while fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment for our local and international surf community.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure store standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising guidelines are consistently met.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate retail staff to achieve daily sales targets and provide high-quality customer service.
- Manage customer interactions, resolve concerns promptly, and foster long-term loyalty with our patrons.
- Coordinate stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy to ensure popular items are always available.
- Monitor store traffic and adjust floor coverage to maximize efficiency and service quality during peak hours.
- Generate and analyze daily sales reports to identify trends and improve operational performance.
- Ensure all store safety protocols are followed and maintain a secure shopping environment for guests and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a retail supervision or team lead role, ideally within the lifestyle, fashion, or surf industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor when dealing with diverse guests.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for visual merchandising detail.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
- Strong sense of initiative and a "hands-on" approach to problem-solving.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
