Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet guests and guide them to their tables promptly.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering suggestions or answering menu-related questions.
- Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders and payments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the floor area.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Address guest concerns or feedback proactively to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality-related environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
