- Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and prompt order handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Assist with basic food preparation and beverage presentation
- Process payments accurately and manage cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
