Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and serving food/drinks with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout dining areas, kitchen connections, and service stations
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and dietary preference compliance
- Actively promote Runamuk's health-focused menu and educate guests on nutritional benefits
- Support inventory management, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service or hospitality roles preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Physical stamina to work standing for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Basic food safety certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills valued
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with problem-solving approach to guest inquiries
- Valid work permit for Indonesia if applicable
