As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, leading your team to success, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and SOP compliance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to provide top-tier customer service.
  • Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and ordering processes for the floor.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally to maintain brand reputation.
  • Prepare and manage staff shift schedules to optimize labor costs and service coverage.
  • Perform regular floor audits to ensure store cleanliness and equipment functionality.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management and basic administrative reporting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for operational detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
