Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
- Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to provide top-tier customer service.
- Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and ordering processes for the floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Prepare and manage staff shift schedules to optimize labor costs and service coverage.
- Perform regular floor audits to ensure store cleanliness and equipment functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and basic administrative reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for operational detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
