Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service quality and promptly addressing any guest feedback or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Manage daily reservations, optimize seating arrangements, and maintain an organized dining area.
- Uphold strict cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with restaurant policies and local regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, stock control, and daily opening/closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and POS systems.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
