As a Floor Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the front desk and service staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate shifts, manage scheduling, and ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic standards across the floor in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Support management in administrative tasks, including reporting and inventory oversight.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior staff role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and personal grooming.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Deep understanding of hotel or restaurant front-end operations.
