Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the front desk and service staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Coordinate shifts, manage scheduling, and ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic standards across the floor in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Support management in administrative tasks, including reporting and inventory oversight.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior staff role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Outstanding customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and personal grooming.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Deep understanding of hotel or restaurant front-end operations.
