Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Manage and schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the floor team to discuss priorities and operational updates.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and housekeeping departments.
  • Train new employees on company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
  • Ensure all safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed at all times.
  • Assist in the development of team members through regular performance feedback and coaching.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and handle guest issues effectively under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and nights.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to create memorable guest experiences.
