Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage and schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct daily briefings with the floor team to discuss priorities and operational updates.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and housekeeping departments.
- Train new employees on company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Assist in the development of team members through regular performance feedback and coaching.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and handle guest issues effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and nights.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to create memorable guest experiences.
