You will be responsible for overseeing daily floor activities, ensuring our service standards are met with excellence, and leading your team to achieve operational targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house staff to uphold high service standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift rotations, and performance monitoring.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards throughout the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow and communication.
- Maintain floor inventory and report necessary maintenance or stock requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in basic restaurant POS systems and administrative reporting.
- Well-groomed appearance and a strong customer-centric professional attitude.
