As a Floor Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our dining operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily floor activities, ensuring our service standards are met with excellence, and leading your team to achieve operational targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily restaurant floor operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house staff to uphold high service standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, shift rotations, and performance monitoring.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards throughout the dining area.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow and communication.
  • Maintain floor inventory and report necessary maintenance or stock requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and health regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Proficiency in basic restaurant POS systems and administrative reporting.
  • Well-groomed appearance and a strong customer-centric professional attitude.
