- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure exceptional service standards

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in hospitality management software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of local tourism industry standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts in fast-paced environment
