Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations including staff scheduling, task delegation, and workflow optimization
  • Train and mentor service staff on menu knowledge, service standards, and customer engagement techniques
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by managing table rotations, handling special requests, and resolving service issues
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with supply orders, and maintain strict cost-control measures
  • Implement and enforce health/safety regulations and cleanliness protocols throughout dining areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to synchronize service delivery and address operational challenges
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in restaurant/hospitality environments
  • Proven leadership abilities with demonstrated team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Deep knowledge of F&B operations, POS systems, and inventory management
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; Bahasa proficiency required
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid food handler certification preferred
