Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service standards
- Manage and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely food delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the dining area
- Assist in scheduling staff and managing payroll records
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
