Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in customer service best practices
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic financial reporting understanding
