Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain and uphold Reload Sanctuary's premium service standards, ensuring all guests receive an exceptional experience.
  • Proactively address guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, setup, and ambiance of the floor area, ensuring it meets aesthetic and operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on service procedures, product presentation, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with the training and development of new and existing staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels for operating supplies and assist with procurement and stock control as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team in a dynamic service environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest service excellence, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and handle various situations with professionalism and grace.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership and a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational needs.
