Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations to maintain service standards and efficiency
- Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and performance monitoring
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism
- Implement health, safety, and hygiene protocols across all service areas
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and operational procedures
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation
- Assist in inventory management and supply requisition processes
- Prepare daily operation reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of local tourism regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications preferred
- Proficiency in hospitality management software systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
