Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar and floor operations including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and coordinate floor staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the venue
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Train and mentor new floor staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the bar team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
