As a Floor Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations. You will play a critical role in maintaining the high-energy atmosphere our guests love while ensuring that every service runs seamlessly. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the daily floor operations to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to operational standards.
- Provide active floor supervision, ensuring staff are delivering prompt and courteous service to all guests.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, stock reconciliation, and security checks.
- Resolve guest feedback or service issues promptly to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on service standards, upselling techniques, and safety protocols.
- Monitor venue atmosphere, music levels, and guest engagement to ensure the high-energy vibe is maintained.
- Coordinate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure efficient communication and order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior server role within the nightlife, bar, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling diverse clientele.
- Possess a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and service recovery.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of F&B POS systems and inventory management processes.
- Energetic personality with a genuine passion for the nightlife and entertainment sector.
