Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Greet guests with a warm smile and assist with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a high standard of visual presentation and hygiene throughout the property.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stock amenities and supplies in designated areas as needed.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use property management systems is an advantage.
