Tanggung Jawab
- Design and create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, events, and daily orders
- Maintain fresh flower inventory and ensure proper storage and care of all floral materials
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate floral designs
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing
- Stay updated with current floral trends and incorporate innovative design techniques
- Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines during peak seasons
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a Florist or in a similar floral design role is preferred
- Strong creative eye and passion for floral arrangement and design
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle flower arrangements
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Team player with ability to work independently when needed
