Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for Dutch-speaking clients.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with international team members to share knowledge and improve service workflows.
- Meet and exceed daily performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction and response time.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and internal policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch (written and verbal).
- Strong command of English to interact with our international management team.
- Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or call center environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask across different platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shifts.
- Valid work authorization or eligibility for Indonesian work permit/KITAS.
- Positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
