Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with international team members to share knowledge and improve service workflows.
  • Meet and exceed daily performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction and response time.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and internal policies to ensure consistent service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch (written and verbal).
  • Strong command of English to interact with our international management team.
  • Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or call center environments is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask across different platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shifts.
  • Valid work authorization or eligibility for Indonesian work permit/KITAS.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
