E-Tirta Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Flying Doctor to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Flying Doctor, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical support and backup services across various site locations. This role requires traveling to remote or challenging areas to ensure patients receive timely and high-quality medical care. You will work alongside existing medical teams, offering critical assistance during complex cases and ensuring seamless continuity of care. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct emergency medical assessments and interventions at remote site locations
- Provide backup support to on-site medical teams during critical situations
- Administer emergency treatments and stabilize patients before transport
- Document medical cases accurately and maintain patient records
- Coordinate with central medical team for case consultations
- Ensure medical equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked
- Participate in continuous medical training and emergency response drills
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (S.Ked) with valid physician license (SIP)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel extensively
- Strong diagnostic skills in resource-limited settings
- Ability to work independently under high-pressure conditions
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Physical fitness for demanding travel conditions
