Join Siloam Hospitals Group as an FM & GA Department Head and spearhead the strategic management of facilities and general administration in our Manado location. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader to develop and execute service strategies that align with hospital performance targets while proactively managing operational risks. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both patient experience and operational efficiency.
As part of our leadership team, you'll collaborate across departments to optimize resource allocation, implement cost-control measures, and maintain the highest standards of safety and service quality. - Develop and implement comprehensive FM & GA service strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead risk management initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization projects
- Oversee facility maintenance, security protocols, and administrative support systems
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and vendor management relationships
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve service delivery
- Mentor and develop FM & GA team members to build high-performing capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of FM/GA experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record in healthcare facilities management preferred
- Strong analytical skills for budgeting and operational planning
- Expertise in risk assessment and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in facilities management software and systems
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication abilities
