- Oversee operational performance of multiple warehouse sites within assigned cluster
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Manage, mentor, and develop site managers and warehouse teams
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities for seamless supply chain operations
- Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven improvements to operational metrics
- Drive inventory accuracy and loss prevention initiatives across cluster sites
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer fulfillment experiences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years warehouse operations experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record managing multiple warehouse sites or large-scale operations
- Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in e-commerce or high-volume retail environments
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
