Join Shopee's dynamic logistics team as the FM Warehouse Cluster Lead for SPX Express in Davao. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the operational excellence of multiple SCommerce warehouse sites within your assigned cluster. You'll drive performance optimization, implement best-in-class warehouse management practices, and ensure seamless coordination across all sites. - Oversee daily operations of multiple warehouse sites within the assigned cluster
- Develop and implement warehouse performance strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and mentor warehouse teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and inventory turnover
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation and delivery processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record managing multiple warehouse sites or large-scale operations
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Experience in e-commerce or logistics industry preferred
- Proficient in data analysis for operational decision-making
