Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand market coverage and product distribution.
- Maintain and nurture strong, professional relationships with existing retail clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor stock levels, ensure planogram compliance, and resolve client concerns.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, market analysis, and feedback on competitor activities for management.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.
- Promote new product launches and manage in-store promotions to maximize brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively in the field.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for local travel within Johor.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in additional local dialects is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a results-oriented personality.
