We are looking for passionate and motivated candidates to join our sales team for the Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), and Key Account channels. As an FMCG Sales Representative at Merison, you will be a key driver in expanding our market presence and ensuring our high-quality products are accessible to a diverse range of customers.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing your assigned sales territory, building strong relationships with retailers, and executing strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, results-oriented, and eager to grow their career in the fast-paced FMCG industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across MT, GT, and Key Account channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising and display standards to maximize product visibility.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess stock availability, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Process orders accurately and follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches and promotional campaigns within the territory.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management to help optimize business performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, Modern Trade, or General Trade.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales reporting tools are an advantage.
