Flexlink Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and collaborative FMDC Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic logistics and supply chain division in Selangor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining our distribution and transport processes, ensuring optimal efficiency across our logistics network.
As an FMDC Logistics Specialist, you will act as a key liaison, building and maintaining robust, long-term relationships with both internal business units and external logistics partners. Your expertise will directly influence delivery accuracy, cost optimization, and overall customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee daily FMDC (Distribution Center) logistics, including inbound, warehousing, and outbound distribution workflows.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal departments and external logistics service providers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for transport and logistics vendors to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize transport routes, reduce freight costs, and minimize delivery lead times.
- Resolve logistics bottlenecks, delivery discrepancies, and supply chain disruptions efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock management and streamlined distribution processes.
- Prepare regular operational reports, logistics cost analyses, and performance summaries for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in logistics, transport, or distribution center operations.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of logistics systems, warehouse management software (WMS), and ERP platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
