Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff using our POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and bar counters.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are presented according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of essential supplies as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the Food & Beverage (FnB) industry.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Deep commitment to hygiene, food safety, and service excellence standards.
- Relevant vocational degree or certification in hospitality is a plus.
