- Lead and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver consistently exceptional customer service
- Coordinate table turnover, seating arrangements, and reservation systems during peak hours
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and timely food delivery
- Implement and maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards throughout the dining area
- Train staff on menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and conflict resolution protocols
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and place timely replenishment orders
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of progressive front-of-house experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants
- Proven leadership skills with staff training and performance management experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and reservation management software
- Relevant hospitality or tourism management certification preferred
