- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Assist in opening or closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and food service quality at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Singapore Citizen (mandatory requirement).
