PT Terra Padel Nusantara is looking for a dedicated FOH Supervisor to lead the front-of-house operations at Oasis Padel Bali. This is a unique opportunity to own the guest journey across Reception, Bar, and Floor operations in one of Bali's most exciting lifestyle venues.

As the face of our establishment, you will ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and entertained. You will lead a vibrant team, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the energetic atmosphere that defines Oasis Padel. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead Operations: Oversee the daily operations of Reception, Bar, and Floor service to ensure seamless guest flow.
  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the FOH team to deliver top-tier customer service.
  • Guest Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for VIPs and guests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for the bar and reception areas, placing orders and managing waste.
  • Service Standards: Enforce hygiene and service protocols to maintain the brand's high reputation.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing events and tournaments, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of daily operations and report any operational issues to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Language: Strong command of English (written and verbal) is essential for communication with international guests.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure.
  • Service Mindset: A passion for hospitality and a customer-first attitude.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Skills: Basic mixology knowledge or barista experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and guest needs.
