Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of professional barista or F&B service experience preferred
- Proficiency in espresso machines, grinders, and specialty brewing methods
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, flavor profiles, and preparation techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and local dialects
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards
- Basic food safety certification (HACCP/SafeServe) or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early shifts
