Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them at designated tables in an organized manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of daily specials and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper plating and presentation standards.
- Refill water glasses and ensure dining areas are clean and tidy between courses.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and restrooms.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights when serving food.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during special events.
