Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences Inc is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our dining operations in Dasmarinas City. In this pivotal role, you will be the heart of our guest experience, ensuring that every meal served and every interaction with our team reflects our commitment to high-quality service and operational perfection.

As our F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless integration of front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will champion brand standards, foster a culture of service excellence, and drive profitability through strategic menu management and cost control. If you have a keen eye for detail, a heart for hospitality, and the leadership skills to inspire a dedicated team, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and schedule the F&B service team to ensure high-performance standards.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout all dining and kitchen areas.
  • Monitor and control inventory, food costs, and wastage to maximize departmental profitability.
  • Develop and implement innovative service strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow during peak service hours.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure menu quality and consistency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for beverage and dry goods.
  • Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to drive revenue growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an F&B management role within a hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health code standards.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, labor costs, and P&L reporting.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
