Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day F&B operations, including floor management, service coordination, and staff supervision.
- Monitor and control inventory, food costs, and labor expenses to ensure optimal profitability.
- Train, mentor, and inspire service staff to maintain high service standards and professionalism.
- Ensure full compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations across all dining areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee event planning and catering operations to ensure seamless execution for all guest functions.
- Coordinate with procurement to manage vendor relationships and maintain quality ingredient standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management within a hotel, resort, or fine-dining establishment.
- Strong understanding of F&B profit and loss management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
