Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Present menus, answer questions about ingredients, and provide recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them via the POS system.
- Deliver orders promptly from the kitchen to the customer tables.
- Ensure dining areas are kept clean, organized, and properly set up at all times.
- Handle billing and process payments accurately through cash or card transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and address guest needs throughout their visit to ensure a high-quality experience.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a High School or College Graduate; Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
