In this role, you will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of our catering operations, ensuring that every event we host is a memorable experience for our clients.

As a Food and Beverage Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end operational flow of our catering facility. You will be responsible for meticulous pre-event preparation, onsite management during functions, and efficient post-event teardown and inventory assessment. If you pride yourself on high service standards, team coordination, and operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end catering operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage pre-event setups, including layout planning, equipment checks, and supply inventory.
  • Supervise post-event cleanup and storage to ensure facility readiness for future bookings.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Handle client inquiries and address on-the-spot operational challenges during events.
  • Monitor and record inventory levels for all catering-related supplies and equipment.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in catering, restaurant management, or related hospitality roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and staff interaction.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team during high-traffic events.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays as required by events.
  • High school diploma or vocational training in Hospitality Management is preferred.
