As a Food and Beverage Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end operational flow of our catering facility. You will be responsible for meticulous pre-event preparation, onsite management during functions, and efficient post-event teardown and inventory assessment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end catering operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Manage pre-event setups, including layout planning, equipment checks, and supply inventory.
- Supervise post-event cleanup and storage to ensure facility readiness for future bookings.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle client inquiries and address on-the-spot operational challenges during events.
- Monitor and record inventory levels for all catering-related supplies and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in catering, restaurant management, or related hospitality roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and staff interaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team during high-traffic events.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays as required by events.
- High school diploma or vocational training in Hospitality Management is preferred.
