Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee all off-premise catering operations and private events from setup to teardown.
- Supervise, train, and motivate service staff, banquet servers, and event crews on-site.
- Lead technical meetings with clients to align on event timelines, floor plans, and specific setup requirements.
- Ensure all special dietary requests and custom menu modifications are executed flawlessly.
- Manage the logistics of banquet equipment, tableware, and food transport to various event venues.
- Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols during preparation, transport, and service.
- Oversee post-event operations, including venue clean-up, inventory check, and staff de-briefing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, catering, or banquet management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising temporary or event-based service crews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client coordination and team alignment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in dynamic event environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines is highly advantageous.
