Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and oversee all off-premise catering operations and private events from setup to teardown.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate service staff, banquet servers, and event crews on-site.
  • Lead technical meetings with clients to align on event timelines, floor plans, and specific setup requirements.
  • Ensure all special dietary requests and custom menu modifications are executed flawlessly.
  • Manage the logistics of banquet equipment, tableware, and food transport to various event venues.
  • Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols during preparation, transport, and service.
  • Oversee post-event operations, including venue clean-up, inventory check, and staff de-briefing.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, catering, or banquet management.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience supervising temporary or event-based service crews.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client coordination and team alignment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in dynamic event environments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines is highly advantageous.
