Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to uphold excellent customer service standards and operational procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies to minimize waste and control costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service coordination.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or Food & Beverage Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or senior service role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must possess a valid food handler’s certificate.
