Hilton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our F&B outlets in Kemayoran, Jakarta. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of service, drive revenue growth, and lead a dynamic team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
You will be responsible for supervising front-line staff, coordinating closely with kitchen and service teams, managing inventory and ordering processes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. By mentoring and training the team, you will foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key duties also include monitoring guest feedback, handling inquiries and complaints promptly, and working with the sales and events departments to plan menus, promotions, and special functions. You will prepare operational reports, track key performance indicators, and implement action plans to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of all food and beverage outlets to ensure consistent service quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Manage inventory control, ordering processes, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and freshness.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, and conduct routine inspections.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, sales, and events teams to plan and execute menus, promotions, and special functions.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and implement improvement plans.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant F&B environment.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, menu planning, and hospitality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with POS and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
